Pay and benefits
- $20.00-$20.75 per hour
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
- $700 caregiver referral bonus
- Paid orientation, typically scheduled within your first week

What you’ll do
- Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- Support clients with safe mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and help clients stay safe and independent at home
Caregiver requirements
- Availability for at least two recurring shifts each week with the same client or clients
- Comfort providing hands-on personal care
- Ability to assist with transfers
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to complete required compliance, registration, and licensing steps
Transportation
A driver’s license and reliable transportation are not required, but they may provide access to more client opportunities across Sonoma County.
